SHIPMENT AND RETURNS

Shipping within Italy is free of charge for any order.

Goods are shipped via TNT (courier).

Orders placed before 12:00 CET will ship on the same day, otherwise they will ship within 1 business day. 

Our shipping times should be used as a guide only and are based on time from dispatch. We cannot take responsibility for delays due to payment approval.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ON SHIPPING

Please take note that:

- For each order you receive you will need to sign a proof of delivery.

- We cannot resend a parcel to a different address once a shipment has been processed. We ask you to verify the shipping address you provide and to make sure that the addressee will be available at the time of delivery.

- The courier will not ship to P.O. boxes or using a poste restante / general delivery service.

- If you are not available at the time of delivery, a delivery card left by the courier will give you information and instructions on further delivery attempts.

PLEASE NOTE

Should it be impossible to accept an order, completely or partially, the Customer will be notified via e-mail as soon as possible. 

DELIVERY TIMES

Our online store delivers from Monday to Friday during working hours. 

It is not possible to schedule a delivery. Deliveries cannot be made on weekends, public holidays and days before a holiday.

Once the goods are delivered, Customers should check the content of the parcel thoroughly before signing to confirm the delivery. 

Should a parcel appear previously opened or damaged, Customers can accept it conditionally, or refuse it.

Should it be impossible to deliver the goods to the addressee of the contract, the parcel could be returned to the sender.

Every shipment includes a free theft and accidental damage insurance.

Once the goods are delivered the insurance ceases to be effective.

Once orders are processed, they will ship within 1 business day.

More specifically:

Within Italy, orders placed before 12:00 CET will ship on the same day and arrive within 2-3 business days of shipping.

Orders placed after 12:00 CET will ship the following day and arrive within 3 business days of shipping.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Goods can be delivered to other EEC countries free of shipping charges.

Goods will be delivered within 5 business days of shipping.

INSURANCE

Please take note that every shipment includes a free insurance covering its transit until the delivery. For each order you will need to sign a proof of delivery, and once the goods are delivered the insurance ceases to be effective and you are responsible for the goods. Should an addressee be different from the  Customer who placed the order (for example when the items sent are a gift) the addressee needs to sign the proof of delivery and is responsible for the package.

RETURNS

We try to display the colors of our products in the most accurate way possible. However, the particular technical specifications and settings of your computer and its display could affect the accuracy of its display of the colors of the products.

All of our garments have a certified high quality and are inspected before each shipping. Should you receive items which are not in perfect condition, we ask you to contact us immediately.

We ask you to send us all the items which need to be returned in one shipping in order to process your refund in a timely manner.

Items shall be returned in their original packaging in order to be protected properly during transit. The original packaging and any wrapping shall be protected properly because they are considered part of the product and returns which include damaged garments, accessories or packaging cannot be processed.

Within Italy

Customers can use our free return service.

In case you are not satisfied with your purchase, make sure to request a Return Authorization Number within 14 days of delivery of the goods.

1) ONLINE RETURN REQUESTS

In order to request a Return Authorization Number:

Insert a return note

Insert all the required information, select the item(s) you want to return and insert a note about the reason why you want to return them. Should one of our garments be faulty, please provide further details about it.

You will receive an e-mail with your Return Authorization Number, which will be valid only for 14 days, during which you can send us back the item(s) you wish to return.

2) INSERT THE RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER IN THE RETURN FORM

After you have inserted the Return Authorization Number in the form, you can send us the goods contacting our Carrier of choice and scheduling an appointment for pick-up service of your parcel.

3) ATTACH THE RETURN LABEL

Attach the return label (contained in your original parcel) to the return parcel.

4) CONTACT OUR COURIER

You can contact TNT Customer Service to schedule a pickup calling the number 199.803.868.

Service is available within Italy, both from mobile phone and from land phone, Monday to Friday 8:30 am – 6:00 pm and Saturday 8:30 am – 12:30 pm.

As soon as we receive and process your return you will be notified via e-mail. 

If you want to check the status of your return, sign in with your Account and visit the “Ordini” section.

FURTHER INFORMATION ON RETURNS

We are not able to process exchanges. 

Customers need to send the returned items from the same country and address of the original order. We cannot accept returns from different countries or addresses.

Returned goods which do not meet all the requirements here described or do not include the required documents will be refused and returned to the sender.

Your return will be processed within 7 business days of the delivery to our company.

From abroad

Customers can use our free return service.

In case you are not satisfied with your purchase, make sure to request a Return Authorization Number within 14 days of delivery of the goods.

You will receive an e-mail with your Return Authorization Number, which will be valid only for 14 days, during which you can send us back the item(s) you want to return.

2. OBTAINING A REFUND

Once the returned goods have reached our warehouse and we have verified that your request meets the proper conditions, you will receive a refund within 30 days.

If you have a carrier of choice, different from TNT, you can use it to return the items.

In that case, return costs and possible costs due to theft or loss will be charged on you.

Refunds shall be made to the credit card account used in the purchase order. 

If your order was sent within the EU, any Value-Added Tax will be reimbursed.

The possibility to check on your refund on your account depends on your bank.

The value date for the credit will coincide with the date of the original payment, therefore you will not suffer any interest loss.

Refunds can be made only on your credit card.
